About Euodoo Rising Yoga
Where the mindset work meets the mat.
Euodoo Rising Yoga was born from a single, unshakeable truth — you were never meant to stay where you are.
We are a community-centered yoga practice rooted in the belief that movement, breath, and stillness are not luxuries reserved for the few. They are the birthright of every person who has ever carried more than their share, pushed through when the path was unclear, and chosen to rise anyway.
Our classes are designed for real people living real lives — professionals, parents, entrepreneurs, beginners, and seasoned practitioners — all of whom deserve a practice that meets them exactly where they are and walks with them toward where they are going.
We draw from the rich tradition of Pranakriya Yoga, weaving together breath-centered movement, intentional stillness, and soulful community to create an experience that nourishes the body, quiets the mind, and restores the spirit. Whether you are finding your body again after a setback, seeking clarity in a season of transition, or simply ready to add intentional movement to a life already in motion — this is your space.
Meet Your Instructor
Scientist. Broker. Coach. Certified Yoga Teacher. Wife. Mom. Auntie. All of the above.
My journey to the mat wasn't a straight line.
I had encountered yoga before, but I carried real questions about whether it aligned with my faith. Those questions mattered to me — and I sat with them honestly before I ever committed to a practice. What I found, on the other side of that discernment, was a discipline that deepened my relationship with myself and made me better at everything I was already called to do.
I found my practice at a local gym, and I haven't looked back.
I came to yoga carrying what most high-achieving professionals carry — stress, intensity, and a pace of life that left very little room for stillness. In fact, early in my practice, my Broker had a habit of asking me on certain mornings whether I was planning to go to yoga at lunch. It didn't take long to realize that question was his very polite way of letting me know I might have been just a little intense. Yoga changed that.
Over nearly two decades of practice, yoga has given me tools I could not have found anywhere else. It has built strength and flexibility in my body. It has been a steady anchor for my mental clarity and emotional resilience through some of the most demanding seasons of my professional and personal life. It has taught me to meet people — clients, colleagues, family, and students — exactly where they are, with grace and a level of peace I am certain would not exist without the mat.
More than anything, yoga has helped me manage my nervous system. The time I spend in practice doesn't erase the challenges I face. But it makes me immeasurably better prepared to face them — and to engage with them with intention rather than reaction.
I am a former Federal Biological Scientist, the Founder and Principal Broker of Calla Brown Realty and Property Management, and the Founder of Euodoo Coaching & Training — a professional development company dedicated to helping real estate agents build sustainable, thriving careers. I have spent my professional life at the intersection of science, service, and human potential. Yoga is where all of those threads come together.
I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Pranakriya School of Yoga and Healing Arts, rooted in the Tantric Hatha lineage — a tradition that honors the conscious movement of breath and vital energy through the body — and it is the foundation of everything I teach.
I created Euodoo Rising Yoga because I believe the practice that changed my life can change yours. Not by fixing what is broken, but by revealing what was always already there — strength, clarity, peace, and the capacity to rise.
Welcome to the mat. I am so glad you are here.
